Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products-this applies to all recreational vehicles, parts, and other items we sell from this store. It is a common trend in society to deprive the businessman by many tactics including fradulent returns or unacceptable returns due to customer misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain properly. Even large department stores are limiting or declining to offer return acceptance as a trend.
Warranty: WE DO NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY ON ANY OF OUR CHINESE ATVS, DIRTBIKES, GOKARTS, OR SCOOTERS, and ALL OTHER PRODUCTS WHICH WE SELL unless it is outdoor lawn care and then only the products are sold with a manufacturer's warranty. We do offer a preferred service rate for our valued customers when purchasing a unit from us. As a given, we will honor ASW and other manufacturers' warranty when available and only be limited to what the manufacturer accepts as a warranty claim. In all cases, prior approval by manufacturer is required and at no time will we be responsible for any labor costs, towing fees, shop costs, fuel charges, shipping costs for the products, in whole or part, and the Customer is required to provide the necessary costs prior to any installation, removal, or exchange of parts. If in the event the manufacturer declines to cover the repair or return item, then the Customer bears the full responsibility for its cost as well as any other costs associated with the repair.
Service Policies: We charge a basis of a 1 (one) hour for diagnostics and evaluation of the repair problem. This hour of diagnostic fee is applied as the first hour of labor involved with the repair. Most minor repairs fall within the hour range, however, this charge does not cover parts, fluids, cleaning solutions, oils, fuel, adjusting and lubing the chain. For involved electrical problems, Scooter repair, and engine/head removal rebuilding, there is a minimum of a 2 (two) hour charge due to the complexity involved. We try to minimize the costs to our customers as much as possible, however, i.e., a leaking carburetor requires carburetor service which involves flushing the tank, changing the fuel filter, changing fuel lines if applicable, removal of the carburetor, disassembling, thoroughly cleaning, installing a carburetor kit, reassembly, refueling, and adjustments. If after this the problem continues, then we can only offer a new carburetor to be installed at the customer's cost with the unsuccessful kit/cleaning cost added. We require the customer to sign a work order/estimate and we will phone the customer after we determine what the problem curtails and get his authority to performed the repairs. If the Customer decides not to have the repairs performed, he/she will still be responsible for the diagnostic charges. If the work requires special order parts, then the customer is responsible for the prepayment of costs. After the customer gives approval for the repair, he/she is bound for the full payment upon pickup and payment will be due immediately. If for any reason the repaired vehicle is not picked up within 30 days after repair, a $10.00 storage fee per day is applicable to the bill unless prior arrangements have been made. We are not responsible for any theft, or damage to any vehicle on these premises for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to repair the vehicles with like or better-type parts and most parts have a core charge.
Payment: (1) Cash. (2) Mastercard, Visa, or Discover with a 5% fee added to total purchase to cover our fees. (3) Checks are not accepted.
Layaway: We do offer a no interest, no fee layaway plan. We require 40% down and the remainder to be paid within 4 (four) months. There are no refunds on deposits.
Special Orders: We will special order many items that we do not carry in our retail location for the customer upon his/her request. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remainder payable upon delivery. If a Special Order is not picked up within 30 days, then a $10.00 a day storage fee will be added to the total cost unless other arrangements have previously been made.
